A: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday – 9:00am – 2:00pm

Q: Am I entitled to a written estimate?

A: Yes, you are entitled to a written estimate for the repairs.

Q: Do I need to get more than one estimate before my vehicle is repaired?

A: No, in the State of Washington you may take your vehicle to whatever collision repair facility you choose for an estimate and repairs.

 

Q: How long will the repair process take?

A: We will assess the damage to your vehicle and give you an estimated time for repairs. We will keep you informed on the status of your vehicle during the repair process.

 

Q: Will the color match?

A: Yes, our high quality paint product together with our computerized paint matching system, will ensure the perfect color match.

 

Q: Will the repair affect my factory warranty?

A: Because we repair your vehicles in accordance with factory specifications, your warranty will continue to stay in effect.

 

Q: How do I process my insurance claim?

A: We work with all insurance companies, and understand the claims process. After you have reported your accident and have received your claim number, we will assist you in processing the remainder of your claim.

 

Q: Do you charge for a repair estimate?

A: No, and no appointment is necessary.

 

Q: Who do I pay my deductible to?

A: In every instance, your deductible is paid directly to the body shop.

 

Q: What if I need a rental car?

A: We will be happy to rent you a vehicle from our company fleet, or arrange for one through a rental car agency.
